Evalution work on using LLM to extract structured data from Expense Document Images

It’s my pleasure to share my study work on how to use the latest LLMs for extracting structured data from expense document images (receipt, invoice, demand notes, etc.).

The diagram shown me is the high level technical architecture on how the data extraction and integration with Azure OpenAI and VertexAI were done.
